Dinner with Friends — best diet therapy
I have a very thin friend who invited me to dinner last night. She knows I’m trying to lose weight and she’s a very good friend — she cooked South Beach. The dinner was wonderful, but one of the best things to happen was she found a dessert recipe I’ve not seen and it was FABULOUS (gear up chocolate lovers!).
Summary: Chocolate and Peanut Butter — and now ice cream!
Ingredients
- 1 – No sugar fudge popcicle 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (no sugar added) 1 tablespoon fat free cool whip
Instructions
- Melt the popcicle in the microwave for about 20 seconds. Stir in 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter and melt these together in the microwave for another 20 seconds. Stir until smooth. Microwave in 5 second increments until they are mixed well. Refreeze the mixture for a minimum of 3 hours. Serve with 1 tablespoon fat free cool whip. Easy and yummy!
